Chris Ostarello and Natalie Cordone have been partners in real estate (and in life) for more than 15 years. Their passion for real estate began when they bought and renovated their first property following the crash of 2008. Their complimentary skills (Chris’s eye for detail and Natalie’s creative sense) turned out to be the perfect combination to help others do the same.

Chris is a seasoned veteran with over 27 years of sales experience in Real Estate and the Consumer Package Goods industry. In addition to his extensive sales experience, Chris is also an investor and property manager. He owns and manages both residential and short-term rental properties from Central Florida up into the Jacksonville market.

Natalie is excited by the creative side of real estate. She loves matching the right buyer with their perfect property. For sellers, she believes exceptional descriptions and pictures sell homes! Her 20+ years as a professional writer, speaker, singer and actor have made her an expert in public relations and marketing. She holds degrees from Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!) and UCF (Go Knights!).

Chris & Natalie live with their 14-year-old Italian Greyhound, Peyton. Along with being dog lovers, they enjoy traveling and are (finally!) learning to cook.
